Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 3–10 business days after payment is successfully received.

- Lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses
- Delivery failures caused by incomplete address information
- Packages delivered to the address supplied by the customer
Once an order has entered processing, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
